PLATINUM PLAN - Loss, Damage, & Repair

A COMPETE coverage option, this plan provides loss and accidental damage protection, and includes 12-months of coverage for normal wear and tear of hearing devices.

Protection PLUS - Loss & Damage (only)

An AFFORDABLE coverage option, ESCO Protection Plus provides loss and accidental damage protection. (DOES not include repair).

Custom Reminder Care program

As an Audigy Member, you can take advantage of FREE warranty reminder letters sent to your patients.

The process is simple. At the time of an expiring warranty, letters are sent to the patients.

  • By using patient information you provide to ESCO, the letters are sent on your behalf.
  • Two letters are mailed. The first letter is sent 60 days prior to the warranty expiration date, the second letter is mailed 30 days prior.
  • Even though the letters are mailed through ESCO's partnering print vendor, they are sent on your behalf. Patient privacy is strictly maintained and adheres to all patient data guidelines*.
  • Your patient data is used ONLY to send notifications letters, and nothing more!
  • All letters sent to your patients will include your office's information, 4-color logo, and color images of your office's provider and/or staff members. The letters also include an offer explaining the coverage options for their hearing aids, including a cost for the ESCO coverage.
  • All notifications are sent before the warranty expires, so there’s no gap in coverage.
