For a fraction of the cost of a new hearing aid, loss coverage from ESCO is a secure way to ensure, if your device is lost the replacement won't cost you unexpected financial impact.
ESCO coverage can be added at any point during the life of a hearing aid.
To enroll a device, it must be in good working order and in proper physical condition.

A COMPLETE coverage option, this plan
provides loss and accidental damage
protection, and includes 12-months of coverage for normal wear and tear of the device*.

In-Warranty Coverage
Loss and Damage Coverage for Replacement Hearing Aids
An EXCLUSIVE coverage option, this
plan provides loss and accidental
damage protection for a replacement
hearing aid after the manufacturer’s
original loss coverage has been used.
(DOES not include repair coverage).

- Term — Annual Plan (12 months of coverage)
- Benefits may be renewed annually
- Available ONLY while the replacement device still has repair warranty with the manufacturer
All major manufacturers
recognize ESCO coverage
No Deductible
ESCO does NOT have a deductible. However, the provider may charge for their time and services while assisting with an ESCO claim.
Replacements & Repairs
All replacement devices are provided by the original manufacturer. Repairs can be sent to the original manufacturer or any all-make repair lab of the hearing care provider’s choice.
Applications & Claims
Applications and claims can be submitted online or completed in the hearing care provider's office. Applications and Claims can also be mailed or faxed to ESCO.
Payment Options Available
Consumers can pay in full or take advantage of a convenient monthly payment option.
* Normal wear and tear repairs cover problems like wax buildup and excessive battery drain.
** Should the one loss claim be used, the policy is considered earned. No coverage on replacement aid — new coverage will be required.
