COVERAGE EFFECTIVE DATE
Coverage is effective upon the completion of an online application and once payment for the premium cost has been received. You will receive an email confirmation of your coverage with its effective date. The devices must be in your possession and in good physical condition to apply for coverage.
RENEWAL
Your benefits can be renewed annually. You will receive a notification before your benefits expire.
DEFINITIONS, TERMS, AND LIMITATIONS
Below is a summary of items regarding the Soundwave hearing device coverage:
- Accidental damage means unintentional physical damage sustained by your device.
- Gradual deterioration, normal wear and tear, and electronic failure are NOT covered by this policy.
- ESCO does not offer repairs already covered by the Soundwave limited warranty. If your Soundwave device needs repair due to a manufacturing defect during the Soundwave limted warranty period, please call Soundwave Customer Support directly at (833) 367-HEAR (4327), or you may email support@hearsoundwave.com.
